MOZZABELLA

A lot of people know Mozzabella thanks to its presence in the Gambero Rosso Guide 2022. It is a place that works thanks to a wood oven baking hundreds of pizzas a day, and with a kitchen that never stops, always working between tortellini and tagliatelle and other kinds of pastas. With a leavening of the dough ranging from 24 to 48h, its pizzas are characterized by a high crust and abundant fillings. 

It may seem trivial, but the pizza margherita in this place has a delicious taste and is highly appreciated by both residents and tourists around the world. You can enjoy this goodness at 23 Via Ugo bassi, or at 65b Via del Pratello!
