LA SLERFA
After years, a Genovese focacceria reopens in the centre of Bologna: La Slerfa, whose name is a dialect word that indicates the unit of measure to divide the focaccia. Among the most classic proposals of Liguria, we find white focaccia with onions, focaccia with Taggiasche olives and one with fresh tomatoes. In addition, on request, there is the possibility to stuff your own Slerfa with cheese and sausages.
