Founded in 1972 as a family-run poultry farm, it then expanded into the markets of fresh meat, cheese, cold cuts, and finally wines. Today, in addition to being the main provider of Bologna’s restaurants and its province, it also offers a catering service, skilfully juggling into delicious dishes of the Emilian tradition.
