Tradition and innovation are mixed in the same pan, creating tasty and refined excellent dishes, with a careful use of local products. Just in respect of those lands that allow them to create their own dishes, Bottega Portici uses only recyclable and biodegradable bowls, plates and cutlery, for an active help to the environment.
