Description
Take part in a small-group cooking class in the heart of Bologna and learn how to prepare one of Italy’s most iconic dishes: lasagna alla bolognese. You'll make fresh green spinach pasta from scratch, cook a creamy béchamel sauce, and layer it with traditional slow-cooked ragù.
While the lasagna bakes, you’ll switch to dessert and prepare homemade gelato using fresh seasonal ingredients. Enjoy a typical Italian aperitivo, then sit down to share a full meal with your freshly made dishes, paired with local wine.
At the end of the experience, you’ll receive a cookbook filled with classic Italian recipes to take home.
