Description
More than just a cooking class, this is a journey into Bologna’s heart and home traditions — an experience that captures the warmth of cooking, sharing, and gathering around the table.
Prepare the classic yellow dough and rich tortellini filling, learn to roll the sfoglia by hand, and master the traditional tortellino closure just like the Bolognese nonne.
Round out your menu with zuppa inglese, Parmigiano cream, and crispy Parmigiano wafers — a true symphony of Bolognese flavors.
The experience includes a welcome toast and a family-style lunch or dinner featuring all the dishes prepared together.
