In Bottega Fiorini, for more than four generations, the culinary secrets about the production of wines and vinegars have been passed on. The Fiorini Family, despite the growth in notoriety, continues to work with passion and responsibility, and is aware of the cultural and gastronomic heritage it carries forward. In addition to their products, they offer various activities such as tours in the winery, walks through the vineyards, cooking classes to learn the secrets of homemade pasta making, wine and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena tastings and many more!
The uniqueness of their products, derives from the way they work the land with only natural fertilizers, respecting the ecosystem in which they are located. The aim is for the soil to determine the aromas of the final products, without chemically working the vineyards. Bottega Fiorini’s production is divided into three separate fields which, although geographically close, are under different climatic events and produce very different flavors.
