A food and wine tour that, starting from the raw materials, will allow you to discover the production processes of local excellence. The tour will begin with a guided visit to a cheese factory, where you will discover how milk is transformed into a wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano, one of the most appreciated cheeses in the world.
You will then visit an ancient vinegar factory, where the precious 'Oro Nero' is made, which you will also be able to taste at the end of the guided tour. Finally, you will go to a small winery nestled in the hills where you will be told about its history and the grape varieties that give rise to the renowned local wines.
Learn about the different methods of wine production and taste the end result! Visit local family-run farms and discover the "behind the scenes" of the creation of world-appreciated products, including Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, and Lambrusco and Pignoletto wines. Three guided tours with tastings prepared directly by the producers and a typical lunch.
