
La Bottega was founded in December 2019 by the desire of Cristina and Alberto Fiorini to recreate in the historic headquarters of Ganaceto di Modena, where almost 100 years ago the production of Lambrusco and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena began with great passion, a multifunctional food and wine space where inside you can learn about and discover the traditions of our territory such as visiting the family acetaia, where they rest the barrels of the famous traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena dop. You can also organize cooking class with sfogline that teach the art of handmade pasta, cultural and gastronomic heritage of our land.
